Vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a kind of intensified drying device with special purpose, which is usually used for the final drying of materials. In the drying process, mechanical vibration helps the fluidization of materials, which is not only conducive to the turbulent boundary layer and the enhancement of heat and mass transfer, but also ensures that the drying equipment works under relatively stable flow mechanics conditions. This equipment not only has good drying function, but also has the process of granulation, cooling, screening and conveying according to the process needs. At present, it has been widely used in sugar making, medicine, chemical fertilizer, chemical industry, plastics, dairy products, salt industry, mining and metallurgy. This technology is basically mature, and has formed a complete system.
Features
1. The raw material is heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, the drying intensity is high, and the energy saving is 30% - 50% compared with the ordinary dryer;
2. The vibration source is driven by vibration motor, which has the advantages of balanced operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long service life;
3. Uniform fluidization, no dead space and blow through phenomenon, can obtain uniform drying, cooling and humidifying products;
4. Good adjustability, wide adaptability, stepless adjustment of material layer thickness, moving speed in the machine and full amplitude change;
5. It can be used for drying fragile materials;
6. The fully enclosed structure can effectively prevent the cross infection between materials and the outside air, and the working environment is clean;
7. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For the liquid with moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials), it can be dried into powder products at one time without crushing and screening after drying, so as to reduce the production process and improve the purity of products. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is very convenient for control and management
