The wedge-shaped hollow blade dryer can indirectly heat or cool paste, granular, powder, and slurry materials, and can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, reaction, and low-temperature calcination.
The hollow double-blade dryer can indirectly heat and dry the slurry, paste, granular and powdery materials. The equipment is an indirect heating and stirring type dryer, a jacket is set on the cylinder, the rotating shaft is hollow, and a hollow blade is set on the shaft and communicates with the hollow shaft. This design not only increases the use area per unit volume, but also strengthens the heat transfer process and improves the heat transfer efficiency. The shell of the paddle dryer is Ω-type, and there are generally two hollow stirring shafts in the shell. The shell has a sealed end cover and an upper cover to prevent the leakage of material dust and vaporized gas.
KJG Series New Type Hollow Paddle Dryer for Industrial Sludge is a kind of conduction heating and low rotating speed-stirring type drier. There is jacket on the body of drier, hollow oar blade on the hollow shaft, filling heating medium in them, wet material is stirred by oar blade and carries on heat exchange with shaft and oar blade. The structure of the machine is generally horizontal type with two or four shafts.

5) Low environmental pollution: don't use air to dry material, dust material entrainment is rare. Small solvent evaporation, easy to treat. For contaminated materials or solvent recovery conditions, closed-loop can be used.
